Cluster feeding? Or is there a problem?

Hi ladies. My son is 3 weeks old. I haven't really been pumping yet just using the hakka to collect milk here and there but I usually get 2oz from the breast he isnt eating on when I do use it so my supply seems ok.

Yesterday he barely slept from noon til 6pm, pretty much nursing the whole time, fell asleep in the car on the way to a family get together and slept the whole time we were there, about 2 hrs. Then when we got home he was pretty much awake eating until 130am.

I'm exhausted! Any suggestions? He doesn't have a drs appt until next week
