Possible early signs ?

Happy new years ladies! Some of you might have read my post last week, ttc but ended up taking a test this past saturday, before new years eve. Came out negative. However new years eve i got off at noon amd slept from the tine i got off till we went out at 830. i only had one drink and 2 shots all night new years eve usually i can drink alot more and have no issues. However all day yesterday i slept again And i mean hubby and i were out for an hour all day as soon as we got home i was asleep maybe 230 in the afternoon after waking up at 11 am . Slept all thru yesterday and last night. And have still been sleepy today... any thoughts on it being an early sign ? Im nervous though that i took a test Saturday and it was negatice. Ive been quite sleepy off and on for about a week. Thanks in advance.
