Should I take him to the doctors?

My son is 10MO his been sick for about 4-5 days his had a lot of diarrhea and sometimes throw up but mostly loose diarrhea. I have giving him Pedealyte for him to stay hydrated. And that’s it. He is teething as well two teeth about to come out. Idk what to do ?

I would  call the pediatrician 100%.  Has the baby been having pee diapers also?

We just got over a stomach bug and my 1 YO had to be hospitalized after the virus itself was gone for dehydration. 
So I’d say yeah, take him to the doctor. Dehydration sets in fast for little ones and you may not even realize it.

How is his energy and behavior?? Is he acting normally?  I put more weight on that than just his vomiting and diarrhea.
