..Cluster vomiting , not spilt up full on exorcist vomiting

I know he’s hitting a Grow spurt (6weeks) but his little tummy cannot handle cluster feeding so I make sure he gets enough to eat every two to three hours he has bottle and breast but he physically cannot cluster otherwise all he does is throw up and then as I’m comfortable I let him cluster feed the other day and he full on through up five times in six hours each time he need a full change since it was soo much the bib didn’t cut it . Last night he was awake for 5 hour straight pretty much screaming if my boob wasn’t in his mouth and the pacifier not cutting for him anymore he ate twice in those 5hours
