Naps- 5 month old
How long are your LOs naps throughout the day? And how often?
My girl sleeps 7-3/4 and then up at 7 to start the day. Her naps are every 1.5/2 hours of awake time and only 25-40 minutes long. Sometimes an hour or even two. I know 30 minute naps at this age are normal, just curious what everyone else’s babies nap
