Any moms restart their life and got their body back to their 18 year old self at 30?

I became a mother at 30, I’ve rejoined the gym 3 times since, 1st time had to quit when I broke my collarbone and needed surgery to fix it, 2nd time I chipped a bone in my hand and ended up in a pot for 6 weeks. This time so far so good, I started in November, I’m focused more on toning and building strength in my upper body than losing weight. Fingers crossed for no more accidents.
