RANDOM BLEEDING?!

Okay so on New Years i got pretty drunk. When I woke up yesterday I had a hangover and felt this pain pretty much in my uterus. It was more towards my left side but overall it hurt everywhere. I noticed a little bit of spotting but I thought that was just cuz me and my SO had sex and it hurt a little. Today I went to go poop but when I did I’m suddenly bleeding a lot. It’s dark and more like discharge texture but it’s definitely blood. I had my period last week so this is definitely out of the ordinary. Help?!
