Is it possible to see a positive at 13dpo in evening if you hold pee for four hrs?

When I was pregnant with my son I had a negative test in the morning but a positive that same night.

Best to do first morning urine if you’re testing then. 
I got my positives (for both pregnancies) at 11 dpo
