Help 6 weeks pp

I gave birth November 19th 2019. Shortly after I got released I was life flighted due to heart failure. I am 22. I later found out I had preeclampsia. I was released a week later just had super weak lungs (still do). Well I started what seemed to be my period December 27th. It was light at first but by December 29th it was heavy. It’s still super heavy and I’m passing blood clots. Is this size of blood clot normal after having a baby? First time mom here.
