Ears ringing
I’m on my period and my ears have been ringing for about 20 minutes now. I was thinking it might be because my period is heavy and I could be slightly anemic?? It’s scaring me making me focus on it more. Is this normal? I’m a hypochondriac 🙄 I will assume the worst
