Hay everyone I’m kinda freaking out

I just found out I’m due 22/05

And reason I’m freaking is I just did theme park trip like two week ago plus I been drinking two Energy drinks a day plus heavy lifting at work plus drinking 😭😭

Abit back story I don’t have a bump yeah I had my af on and off sorta but I always tho it was cause of my cyst I had killer heartburn and I have had mood swings but which female doesn’t but beside that nothing else so this has came to a huge shock just wondering has anyone else been threw this and the outcome was ok hope my bubba is fine I have another ultrasound this Saturday but still mamma can’t help but worry
