IUD question

I got the paragard IUD today but I’m uncomfortable now, cramping and some sharp pains. It’s been in for almost 2 hours at this point. Also, I’m 6 weeks postpartum. Anybody else have that after getting it? Did it go away and how long after getting it did you feel better?

Update/edit: did anybody bleed after getting it out in? I’m bleeding like a period since getting my IUD about 6 hours ago
