Pregnant with sciatic nerve pain

Has anyone experienced horrible sciatic nerve pain in their back butt and legs since being pregnant? I injured my back 3 years ago and had to go to a chiropractor but haven't had much issue with it since. Until now! I'm 15 weeks and the pain started around 11 weeks. I've noticed it's really bad if I've been on my feet a lot but can't really stop my life so I continue with the pain. Any tips on what I can do for this or just warm baths and Tylenol occasionally?
