Help?

I’m not sure what’s going on with me. I have pretty regular periods for the most part but never over 3 days early or late. I have been taking pregnancy tests every other day or every 3 days and even today it was a BFN. I’m not sure I could even be pregnant but I’m hopeful I’m just worried if I’m this late and not pregnant something could be wrong. I did have some very light spotting the 19th that was super light but nothing since then. What does this look like to you? My last period was November 15th.
