Ring worm or dry skin patch?
No pets but stayed at a home with a dog over Christmas. Doctor says he does have a mild type of eczema at times with dry skin on his legs and arms. Husband thinks it looks like a ringworm instead of the dry skin. Has another spot that looks similar on the back of his other leg.
