Dumb question ?

Might be a dumb question but it’s really how I like to sleep. So I’m 6 w pregnant is it “safe” to sleep flat on my stomach?? Would it hurt / squish the baby?

Your body will tell you if you need to stop. Youll get uncomfortable or it will hurt. They recommend by 20 weeks to sleep on your left side, but you have lots of time. Im 15 weeks and I sleep on belly, back or side. Whatever I feel is comfy

Aslong as you feel comfortable! i'm 23 weeks & still sleeping on my belly. it's the only way i can sleep peacefully.
