Same!! I was just googling back pain and early pregnancy Symptoms. I never get back pain before a period cramps sometimes but this is all in my back and sometimes thighs! Testing in AM

Oh for sure, test. However.. those are also signs your period is about to start 🤷🏼‍♀️ But def test. 
My first hint that I was pregnant was just this odd feeling that something was off. Not uncomfortable, not bad, not sick.. just off. I was sort of dizzy, sort of in a haze. Just for one day. I didn’t test until a few days later, but looking back I’m sure that was my first sign.

Advice anyone?
