In pain ðŸ˜ðŸ¤°
Im 28weeks and 4days pregnant and for the past week ive been having really bad pains in my lower back and abdominal. Im sure they are Braxton hick contractions but what can i do to help with the pain it hurts so bad i just dont know what to do. My body is hurting and uncomfortable at this moment 😢😖
