I feel awful

I raised my voice at my almost 10 month old. I know I shouldn't have and I know every parent has done it. It wasn't a shout but I was trying to be stern...Didn't work because he just laughed and carried on doing what I told him not to. I'm losing my voice so maybe that's why I raised it. I know I'll be judged for it but has anyone else done this without meaning to?
