Baby only 4/5ths engaged at 40 weeks loosing hope of going into labour naturally😩

Had a midwife appointment today on my due date and well she’s only 4/5ths engaged..she was free at my last appointment at 37 weeks so I guess a bit of progress was made. I’ve been told I can have a sweep done at 41 weeks if the cervix is open but if not I’ll be induced at 41+5 if not! I really didn’t want to be induced!

I know she will come when ready but any tips on getting her moving? I seem to be living on my birthing ball😂

Should add this is my first baby!
