Hcg 78 to 27

Ladies I've been told to stop my patches and progesterone as my HCG has dropped. I'm 5 weeks today (3 weeks gestation). I'm devastated, this was our second transfer, luckily we have one frozen embryo left. Anyway, please don't judge me but would it be a bad idea to have a glass or two of wine tonight, I have been so good for so long, no salt, no caffeine, no alcohol. I wouldn't touch a drop if I thought there is any chance the embryo would make it. I have to go in 7 days for a third blood test to check that everything has gone as they expect.
