Cramping after period 5 days before ovulation?

This is weird. I have no history of irregular periods . But last night I had the worst cramps ever !! I was in so much pain . I have a Iud no issues really but I do feel it’s the cause of reoccurring bv . Has anyone experience cramps before ovulation? I’m not spotting or anything this is just really strange .

I’m  definitely going to take a probiotic thank you ❤️ planning on removing my IUD  as to why I down loaded this app . Bv is just awful .. makes you so insecure.  I’ve never felt myself ovulating before sure is painful 😣

Hmmm.. you could be feeling yourself ovulate as this app is just an estimate and we can ovulate earlier/later than expected. Now I know you mentioned you have an IUD so I’m not sure - have you recently gotten it checked to make sure it hasn’t moved or anything? 
P.S. if you’re having recurrent BV - I’d recommend taking a probiotic! It helps keep those healthy cultures in there to help ward off that type of stuff.

You could be ovulating already. The app is probably not accurate to when you ovulate.
