Cramps and sore breast.

Hi ladies, I came of my BC pill on Dec 27th after being on it for 2.5 years and last day AF was Dec 25th. I literally can’t tell the difference between periods cramps or whether I am fertile/ovulating right now. Please help ladies!

Symptoms - Since yesterday morning I have sore breast , pelvic pain, cramps and mild lower back pain and not really hungry.

Does this mean I am about to get my periods or am I fertile or ovulating.

FYI - took an ovulation test yesterday it was negative. But I can feel a little pressure like I have too pee but I don’t .
