Worried/annoyed 🙁

**Sort of a long story but please stay with me here lol **

I just got out of a dr app.

I go to a maternity clinic which has 5 doctors all working together. today I met one of the ones I havent seen before. He is the only male dr.

So I have GD (gestational diabetes) and hes saying that at my last ultrasound my baby was a little big. (which can happen).

My GD doctor wanted me to start on insulin (because my morning blood sugars are high, if you dont know how that works its a long story) but I havent been able to afford it so I havent gotten it yet. BACK to my appointment this morning that male dr said if I dont start taking the insulin I could have a still birth ?!?!?!? NEVER have I heard of having a still birth because of slightly high blood sugars !! is he wrong ???? now im extra scared and worried and a little mad that he would say that when there isnt anything else "wrong" . So is it a thing ... a still birth from high blood sugars ??? :(
