Hi everyone, I have a few questions for anyone whose dating, married or who are a Doctor or medical student. I’m married to a medical student, my husband will be staring his program this upcoming July. I swear it seem like we had all the time in the world but it’s clear now that we don’t. I believe I may have underestimated how hard and time consuming this program will be for him and our marriage. I want to know anyone experiences during medical school. How did you deal with the lonely long nights, the missed dates and everything? I’m starting to feel overwhelmed. I too am in the medical but nowhere near a Doctor so I kinda have an ideal of how much effort he will dedicate to his new priority. It saddens me because I feel like I won’t be a priority, kinda selfish ikr. We spend all spare time together, and the thought of me not having that scares me. I’m trying to prepare myself for basically being alone. Can anyone relate???
