Is this my period or implantation bleeding?

So I was supposed to start my period in 10 days and yesterday i saw light pink and spotting when I wiped I thought it was pregnancy and so I woke up just now and it's all blood everywhere I was putting a tampon in and it was heavy is this my period or spotting idk u tell me idk how I am 9 days early on my period
