Stiff hands?

Hey all. 34 weeks here. FTM. In the last two days, I’ve been experiencing stiffness and a bit of joint pain in my hands.
I’ve heard that swelling is normal but I haven’t experienced that at all. 
Anyone else have this stiffness? Is it normal?

Pregnancy carpal tunnel! I have been suffering from it for a month now and it's terrible. It's the worst in the morning, I can hardly open my hands and my middle fingers are done for. Through the day it gets better but still not great. My Dr has be wearing braces at night and they help a little, I take a Tylenol sometimes but I'm told I pretty much just have to deal with it. The Dr said it will go away a couple months after baby arrives.

I’ve had this too, along with occasional tingling in my fingers. FTM also, and nervous of anything that could possibly be blood-pressure-related, so I brought it up at my last appt and was told it’s likely a bit of carpal tunnel due to normal swelling. 😊 My OB said sleeping in wrist splints that keep your wrists in a neutral position might help alleviate symptoms.

This is my 4th baby, its normal. I'm 35 weeks and just started to get it this time. Feels like my fingers are arthritic. I'm not really even swelling in my hands or feet to bad yet. I also always have great blood pressures and otherwise normal pregnancies.

I’ve had this off an on the last few weeks not sure if it’s normal but I’ve also been getting a lot of calf cramps so mine could be low potassium as well🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m gonna ask tomorrow at my drs
