I had a tubal ligation four years ago and have had regular periods since, may miss like a day or two but I am officially four days late. I have had cramping for the last two n half weeks, tired, naseous from time to time, and am unable to satisfy my appetite. My breasts just started hurting two days again but mainly painful behind my nipples.Have a slight back ache off and on. Took a test randomness today (not first morning urine) and it was negative. Had a painful pinching sensation in lower abdomen this morning. Any ideas at what could be going on??
