Certainly sounds like it, the number on the screen looks just a pinch low, but it sounds great! (I don’t know how yours works but sometimes mine uses an average when I use a certain setting, so yours could be averaging in “0”s when it loses the beat for a second, causing a lower number on the screen. Or maybe what it’s showing IS what it is and it’s maybe perfectly normal.
