Low and slow rising hcg

I’m pregnant with low, slow rising hcg levels. My fertility specialist is concerned about another ectopic and said the chance for this being a normal pregnancy is low. Does anybody have a success story with low hcg? What do you guys think of my numbers?

Here is my hcg so far:

14 dpiui - 47

16 dpiui - 81

18 dpiui - 142

21 dpiui - 334

23 dpiui - 647

I get more bloodwork tomorrow and then a scan next week, so hoping to see a dramatic increase but the doctor made me feel like I shouldn’t get my hopes up. Has anybody had this type of increase with a successful pregnancy?
