Potty training

Hey mommas! I’m wondering if you all have any tips/tricks on how to start/conquer the potty training process. My daughter is 2 years old and 2 months, and is showing signs of being ready by trying to take her diaper off (especially when wet/poopy), hiding when she goes, and telling me she has a “poopy or pp). I have about 15 diapers left and after that, I want to introduce underwear!

Also if any mommies used a reward system, I’d love to hear about it!
