Breastmilk to formula

I’m trying to switch over to formula for my 3 week old soon....does it matter which kind? Do I need to ask her Dr or can I choose one? I’ve been supplementing some with enfamil gentlease and the Dt knows this. Would it hurt to try and different kind?
