Trying to pick back up working out...
Y’all. Prior to getting pregnant I was kicking ass and taking names in 45+ min CrossFit classes. I’m 23+1 and while I’ve only gained 5-ish lbs so far I don’t want all my progress to go to waste. I did a 20 min full body circuit on the Baby2Body app today and I’m huffing and puffing like I’ve never worked out a day in my life. This whole growing a baby thing is tough stuff y’all! 😭😪
