Nausea😷 tips please!?

So I'm good at controlling almost all the pain that comes with periods except for one... Nausea... I can never figure out how to get it to go away! I need tips please 😷

I eat healthy and take ginger pills during my period to curve my nausea. It’s by far my worst symptom and while it doesn’t make it go away completely sometimes, it definitely does help immensely
