Fenugreek ...
So my ob suggested that I start taking fenugreek to increase my supply. The ones I got are 610 mg. Everything I’m reading is saying to take 3500 mg daily which is about 6 pills... do I take them all at once ? Or throughout the day??? I’m a complete idiot when it comes to breastfeeding 😩🤦🏽♀️
