Baby measures ahead, is that ok?

Hi ladies, 
I had my NT scan today at 12+6 and everything was great. I noticed that the measurement showed 13+3 which is like 4 days ahead. Is that a good or bad thing? The is my first pregnancy so I don’t know the ins and outs.

It’s normal but it certainly isn’t bad. My kids usually measure ahead. My current son has been measuring between 3-5 days ahead each scan.

My babygirl was measuring ahead too, and they told me it was completely normal cause I was concerned as well. 😊

Mine was ahead at 12 weeks and a little ahead at 18 and 21 weeks, then just right at 26 weeks. Still, she has legs measuring 2.5 weeks ahead. If your baby measures bigger, you may get tested earlier for gestational diabetes. I have it now, but glucose levels were ok early on

It would only be a bad thing if they measure behind what they should be. Your doing good!

At 13 weeks mine was measuring a couple days ahead too. Just like when they are outside of the womb, all babies grow at their own rate. :)
