Strep B test.....?

So I went to my dr today and had the g swan done..... not pain, no discomfort, literally took less than 5 seconds to get both samples. So many ladies posting how painful, uncomfortable, or horrible their testing went. Who else had a different experience??

No pain for me. Although the q-tip did do a little peek-a-boo into my butt that caught me off guard. Felt like I should have been offered an orange juice or something before.

Mine was painful because I had sex the night before and my everything was super swollen 😫

For me the step B test wasn’t painful at all. But when they checked my cervix it was.

It was terrible but, it felt like cardboard going up my vagina. Not the most comfortable feeling in the world lol but it was quick so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Literally didn’t feel it. I was super confused by everyone’s bad reactions. That being said I don’t find cervix checks at all painful. Just vaguely uncomfortable.

I’m kinda wondering why it would be painful. It’s a cotton swab that they swipe on both areas, shouldn’t be very invasive at all. Right?

Didn’t even know my doctor did it it was so fast. 😂. Didn’t feel a thing 🤷🏼‍♀️

No different than a pap smear to me!

Definitely not at all painful. I don’t relish the sensation of the qtip in my bum, but totally pain-free.
