Bath after MC? Help

Is it safe to soak in the bath after going through a MC? I was diagnosed with a “missed miscarriage” the day before Christmas eve. Didn’t pass anything naturally until New Year’s Day. Hospital confirmed it was “completed”. I have been so stressed that all I want to do is soak in a hot bath. But I’m not sure if that increases my risk of infection? Anyone know about this? I’ve heard multiple different opinions
