Which gives more follicles? And which has been more successful for you, if you took both?

1 round of clomid for me!

I only have experience with femara. I’m on my 4th cycle of femara. Second cycle taking 10mg cycle day 3-9. I had a cycle day 8 ultrasound and I had 6 follicles ranging from 15-10 on my right ovary. Hopefully this one works.

I have had success getting pregnant on both but tbd if I will stay pregnant. My follicle count and size was pretty identical. Side effects pretty similar. My lining was thinner on Clomid.

I did so many rounds on clomid! I rarely even managed to ovulate on it! It thinned my uterine lining terrible and it dried up my CM! I conceived my first cycle on Femara and I had so much CM that cycle it was amazing! Sadly I MC at 6 wks! Ovulated the next cycle on it but didn’t conceive! I have been so impressed with how well it has worked, and without side effects! Clomid was awful when I took it too! Gave me headaches and mood swings! Femara is awesome!
