How did you all tell you S/Os you were pregnant after loss?

I just got a bfp tonight after our son was stillborn in August and I want it to include him in some way. Our due date was supposed to be in 8 days

I would have a sign or onesie made that says hand picked by my brother in heaven .... and put it in a box w the test for him
