How long do you lay on your back after baby dancing?

I'm just wondering if I'm the only one on my back for 30+ minutes 😅. Please tell me I'm not alone on this one lol.

All night cause i go to sleep right after usually. 
But it makes zero difference if you get up immediatly or not, the sperm is there before he pulls out.

Sperm gets to where it needs to go pretty quickly. You can do 10 min or so if it makes you feel better but 30+ is not necessary

I do 30-1 hr. Next cycle I am just gonna let myself fall asleep lol and not get up at all.

I used a soft cup instead and kept it in for 12 hrs after each time.
