Is there anyone else, having problems with Charley horses? I get woken up with them, and they hurt so damn bad!

Every morning my right calf cramps up so bad! It’s like when I start stretching to wake up it sets it off.

Yes! I think Smart Water is supposed to have electrolytes which has helped me a bit. I’ve been trying to up daytime water intake to stay hydrated as well. They stink though!

Potassium rich foods, more water and electrolytes. Have a few sips of a low sugar sports drink before bed ( if you can).

I use too ! I ate 2 bananas a day and it helped me so much
