What does this mean?

Weird dream but I dreamt my ex contacted me and was coming to see me but it was like we were still together. He pulled up in his car and took me out. We ended up going bowling, he paid and I bought the drinks. That's when I woke up. It was so vividly weird like I haven't spoken to my ex for 2 months and it's been 2 weeks since I've been bowling. What could this signify?
