I caved...

So 5 days until AF due and I caved. BFN! I only tested because I was woken around 6am with bad period cramps and a sudden urge to be sick when I stood up. Wave of sickness passed and dont feel too bad now, just the odd moment of nausea. Could I still be or is it a no this month?
