Breast growth

I know this isn’t something that has to do with periods but I was hoping maybe someone could help me out. My breasts don’t seem to be growing, I feel like they’ve been the same size since I was in 8th grade. I’m in my senior year now and they’re still really small and don’t seem to be growing. I also suffer from irregular periods so could that be a cause?? Have my breasts just stopped growing?? Or is there anything I can do to enhance and speed up growth??
