Is anyone else waking up in the mornings with a sore throat like they’re getting sick?

I woke up NYE with a sore throat and now I’m still sick days later. Cough, stuffy nose and feel like trash. I think its this time of year. 😩 I can’t even take anything so I’m dying 😩

im in the same boat!! 🤧😷benadryl is ok too. ive been taking that and its helping with some of the congestion.

I read that theraflu is fine unless you’re breastfeeding or in your third trimester

Me too!! Woke up with a sore throat yesterday and a bit of a fever. I don’t want to take any medicine so hopefully it doesn’t get too bad. Can you take theraflu nighttime? Does anyone know?

I am! Apparently getting an early pregnancy cold is just another pregnancy symptom! (Plus the cold weather probs).. also quite bloody when I blow my nose
