hormones triggered headaches five months ago. This is the third time and I just wanna play straight down and scream my lungs out in pain 😖

It feels like I have a helmet and a neck stabiliser that's vibrating with pain.

I'm not sure if I quit my pain killers for my crampings to early (they are strong as shit, endometriosis) and this is my body's reaction because I'm still in pain but haven't dealt properly with it, or if this is hormonal because of my period?

I've tried coffee and paracetamol, also took some painkillers after a while of this, not sure if that works yet. Also I'm not allowed to take anything they wouldn't give a pregnant person except for my painkillers..

Anyone else experience severe headaches on their period and have some tips and tricks for me?

Edit: pain killers took it all away. I was trying not to take so much of them, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Thinking I might need to visit the doctor, sounds like it could be migraines.
