Getting a bfp sooner this pregnancy- twins?!

My husband is freaking out because I got a bfp at 10dpo, when with my son I only got the faintest line at 12dpo. He thinks that means it’s twins lol! Anyone have stories of diff hCG levels and diff hpts between pregnancies? Is hubby onto something?

It's not connected, it's related to when you implanted. You probably implanted with your son later than this pregnancy.

These are my tests I took the day I was supposed to come on my period and I thought it’s too dark and I never thought I was having twins I thought I was further along and then I did a digital cb and it came back 1-2 wks and then the next day I did another digital cb and it came out as 2-3 wks and had a scan a week later turns out I’m actually having twins 😁😁xx

My first I didn't get a bfp until I was 5 days late and with this pregnancy I got a strong line 4 days before my period was due and I'm only pregnant with one

I got my BFP with both kids the day my period was due. My first it was a dark positive. With my current pregnancy it was a lighter line. Like the other poster said, it’s related to when you ovulated and when the embryo implanted.
