What do you do with baby?

I don’t baby wear because she’s with my mom half the time during the week (she watches her) so I don’t want her to get used to baby wearing , so my question is, for those who don’t have a carrier or wrap, what do yo do with your baby all day?

She usually transitions from her play mat, to pack n play, to her activity seat, to bed. I feel like there’s more I should do when I’m in the house , that is ? Or is this the basic normal activity for a newborn?
