My last period was 11.21.18

I took a hpt test yestday and it was ppstive. Pic below. I went to the doctor today and they said blood test was negative. Idk how I feel because I'm trying to leave for basic training soon but on the other hand I sorta want to have a baby . but I also dont know if I could still be pregnant .. Line was super faint but has color and showed up within the first 3mins . what should i do ?
